Want add radio buttons select one several shipping rates

I use USPS to calculate shipping rates for each order [Rule = Priority Mail]. Rule = Priority Mail_2 sets a flat rate when weight <= 16oz and USPS rate >=6.80. I also want an Express shipping rate on the page and allow the customer to select their shipping choice with a radio button. I am not a programmer and have struggled to find some sort of guide either on Webassist or the internet to help me program this. Do you have any suggestions?

You would probably set a session variable based on the radio selection and then use the Session variable to control the shipping charge. This is something we could help with in a premier support session.
