User Groups With PS4.5

User Groups With PS4.5

I wanted to use User Groups in Power Store 4.5 to control access to products and product categories. I see there is a table for user groups (ps4_usergroups), but I don't see how I manage who belongs to each group. I know I can create a user group using Security Assist, and I can create rules to include authenticate users in the group, but I don't see any tools setup in the PS Admin to do this. Are there any, or do I need to add management pages for my customer to manage this inside PS Admin?

Do a find and replace.

Where your page references:
SELECT UserGroupID

change it to:
SELECT usergroups.UserGroupID

Thanks Ray. I found the code you referenced in 3 of the 5 pages created by Data Assist (usergroups_detail.php, usergroups_results.php and usergroups_update.php). I also saw that while I selected the table "ps4_usergroups",. Data Assist was looking for the tabel "usergroups". I think I fixed those. But I am still getting the same error on the results page.

Ray, I totally recreated the Data Assist pages. I noticed that the usergroup.userID was defaulting to the field type of "menu". When I changed it to "text" and the validation to "Integer", the pages were created properly. So this is now closed.
