Trying to install Databridge on CS6 and application hangs

Hello, I have not been using my Data Bridge application for sometime and decided to download and install on my Dreamweaver CS6. The issue I have is that it keeps hanging and the Dreamweaver application needs to be shot down and restarted. All these happen after I have installed the Data Bridge extension in extension manager. Please help me understand what I am doing wrong.

What screen is it on when it hangs? It does a secondary download that could take several minutes and appear to hang the first time you open. If you are referring to the screen with 1,2,3 on it then you probably just need to be patient and wait. It could take up to 10 minutes if you have a slow connection.
