modifying a modified ecart setup

Hey Ray

Some time ago you helped me with an ecart install which wasnt the usual product results/detail set up and now I need to be able to add a different product which the buyer can add when they are on the cart page

I'm afraid I may not understand the question.

You could probably add an identifier to the products table like "CartOnly" and then use that to keep the field from showing in the main catalog and retrieve it based on that identifier to the cart page. That way you could treat it like any other product otherwise.
