javascript show additional select list upon choice selection

Hi, Please could you tell me what JavaScript I would need to add in order to achieve the following scenario:

1) client selects an option from a form select list (for example that chose "categories").
2) as soon as they make the selection, a secondary form select list appears under it.

The idea comes from wanting to create a coupon system where the client can chose the coupon type (either delivery, category or all products). So obviously I wouldn't need to display the form select list for categories if the client chooses either "delivery" or "all products".

I'd have a secondary div with the select list inside of it with style="display:none".

Then your first select can use an onchange event that checks the value and updates the div to display:block or back to display:none based on the select list value.
