Framework stopped working in Dreamweaver

Windows 10, Dreamweaver CS4 and CS6.
All of the latest WA extension versions are installed.

All other extensions appear to be working fine (I tested a few) but when I try to add both a static or dynamic include a window appears and disappears quickly (I cannot see if it says anything it is gone so fast) so nothing is getting added.

If I try to do anything with the Framework Themes I get "Error in Serial Check... ReferenceError doSerialCheck is not defined"

Luckily, I know how to apply framework manually so I will have to do that with this site.... but would like to get this fixed.

What WA extensions do you have installed? I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling Data Bridge. It seems like it might have been corrupted somehow.

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

I use Data Bridge, Design Extender, eCart and the Free Tools. On CS6 I also install MySQLi but not on CS4.

I have re-installed all extension on both and things seem to be working fine now. I suspect it may have become corrupted during the Windows 10 update. That was a little while back and everything worked fine until I tried to use Framework builder. I guess I hadn't used that since the update.
