Sending email to multiple users

I am just looking at this, but wanted to check if my set up is going to be OK, or if it will complicate things.

Ordinarily I think you would have a list of users, and could select which receive an email when a form button is submitted on the page.

I this scenario, the list is of properties, and the aim is for all the users associated with each selected property receive an email. Where there is a many to many relationship between properties and users.

Let's look at this in the premium support ticket you already have scheduled. I should be able to help with this pretty quickly.

Thanks again for earlier Ray.

Just a quick follow up on the email one - users select multiple properties, which trigges the sending of the emails.

If users are then directed to a different page, what would be a good strategy to get them to the page as quickly as possible? If, potentially, there are a lot of emails, that have to be spaced out because of server limits and restrictions, is there a good way to get them to the next page without having to wait for all the emails to send?

Not a simple one... you could create a separate php page to send the emails. Then load that page with an asynchronous CURL call using php.

I could help with this in a premium support ticket.

Thanks Ray - I think that would definitely be worth it - performance already seems to be a bit of an issue, so if we can get this part working as efficiently as possible that would be a big plus.

Let me know when you have some time and we can look at it.

Thanks Ray - have done - I should be around a lot of the time, so either let me know when you might have some time, or Skype me and if I'm not out, I'll be able to come to the computer.
