Images are black

I've been adding products and all of a sudden the images are appearing black on the admin and the site. I checked the folder and the images appear just fine. I tried a couple more products with the same result! Why is this happening all of a sudden?

Link? I think CYMK sometimes does this. Are they CYMK or RGB?

I think we have a fix for this. It happens for particular transparent images, but we have been able to resolve it in the past. If you give me an example image and FTP access to your site I can try to implement it.

They are RGB. And they are not transparent.
Sorry, no link. The site is local.

I'm not sure what would cause it, and I can't really debug it on a localhost. Do you have a live server you could upload the files to so that I could look into it further?
