Custom design colors not retained

I am trying to change the design and colors in the PS4.5 template "Fresh". Some colors seem to change, but then revert back to other colors which were not even originally in the Fresh template. I did delete the WinDatCach Please see PM for site and ftp credentials.

Can I get precise steps to reproduce. Which color setting should I try to change... what should I change it to? I'll try and when I see the problem I can try to work on it.

You can always edit the theme directly in dreamweaver if the designer doesn't allow you to change a particular aspect that you want updated.

Ray, I am trying to reduce the amount of direct edits to PS 4.5's code as I want to be able to have my customers to use the existing admin tools without my intervention. If needed, I certainly can edit the css directly.

That said, in the admin panel we are discussing, I was trying to change the Fresh template to reflect the HTML(HEX)-#00295B as the darker dominate color, with #8A9397 as the lighter standard color. I was saving these changes in the new template "onetoone". For instance, when I try to change the "menu" to #8A9397, it changes the color to #899196, and then when I make more edits on other areas, the menu goes to a rust color (#944F4A).
