unidentified error creating connection in dreamweaver cc

I purchased this extension because I read it would solve my error when dreamweaver updated to cc and removed the databases window. It did not and now I am not sure why. Still get the error while connecting. screenshot attached. please call if needed. I need this asap.

This error message usually means the site definition is incorrect and doesn't have the proper url to the web server mapping to the root of the site.

You still need to install the "Server Behaviors and Database" add on from the Dreamweaver Add On store (free) before this extension will work properly.
