Updates?

Hello,
When should we expect to see some updates to allow behaviors such as MySQLi to be more integrated in things like Select Lists?

I don't mind writing my own code but... I think this is why we use these behaviors (speed enhancements in development).

For instance, I write these on a regular basis ( Dynamic Select Lists with Selected conditionals ) :

<select name="selectStatus" id="selectStatus">
<?php
while(!$statusOpts->atEnd()) {
?>

<option value="<?php echo($statusOpts->getColumnVal("status-app")); ?>" <?php if($Recordset1->getColumnVal("status") == $statusOpts->getColumnVal("status-app")) { echo 'selected="selected" '; } ?>><?php echo($statusOpts->getColumnVal("stat-title")); ?></option>

<?php
$statusOpts->moveNext();
}
$statusOpts->moveFirst(); //return RS to first record
?>
</select>

The MySQLi server behavior should be overwriting that interface with one that already does what you are looking for. Is it possible you installed the Database and Server Behaviors extension after MySQLi and overwrote it with the old version from Dreamweaver? I think if you reinstall MySQLi Server Behaviors it will overwrite that interface with one that works like you want.

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

Ray,
I reinstalled the MySQLi behavior and sure enough it worked!

I use the DMX Zone installer and do not remember in which order the extensions were installed.

Thanks!
