pp checkout failure

Any Ideas?

I have two payment methods PayPal Express and Credit card

When I purchase the same item it fails with PayPal express but not with the credit card (processed by PayPal)

The same item, if I remove gift wrapping passes on both payment methods

The failure is that the total is invalid.

How are you doing gift wrapping? What is the charge for gift wrapping, and how is it implemented?

Hi Ray,

The charge is applied as a line item from the add to cart button.

I've added some screen shots, you can see the total value has been carried through to the final acceptance page where it fails

Cheers

Make sure you are passing the giftWrapIncPrice and not just the price in the cart loop where the price is passed. If you attach a copy of the page I can reference line numbers. It likely has to be changed on the confirm and pp_confirm.php page.

Line 307 needs to be: giftWrapIncPrice instead of Price
