My customers are getting an error message when choosing a credit card expiration date after 2020.

When I try to process a phone order with an expiration date of 2021 I get an error "INVALID CREDIT CARD YEAR FORMAT". Is there something that needs to be changed in the code to process a year after 2020?

What payment provider are you using? Can I get a copy of the confirm.php page to see what might be wrong?

We are using Authorize.net. The error is coming up on the checkout.php page, not the confirm.php. How would I send you a copy?

It looks like you can fix it in the javascript on the page... find this:

WAValidateNM(document.ecart_checkout_form.exp_year,'- Invalid credit card year format',2010,2020,0,'','',',.',document.ecart_checkout_form.exp_year,0,true);

The second number is the maximum... set to 2020...you can just change it to a larger number. Change it to 2016,2050 and you won't have to worry about it for a while.
