Email not working

For some reason I just cannot get the email to work.

Try updating waue_bookNow_1.php line 15 from:
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_Definition("mail.hsautorental.com","26","","","","");

to:
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_Definition("","","","","","");

Usually the email server and port settings are set on the server and default to the correct values. More often than not entering a value can cause issues.

Thank you Ray for your quick response. I made the recommended changes but email didn't work. I have attached the information used for configuring the email client that was provided by the web hosting company.

Both of those say "authentication is required"... ask your hosing company if php mail() is supported and what settings to use (ask for a sample script if they have one).

If you need to use an authenticated email server you will have to use PEAR mail (confirm with your hosting provider that is supported).

We support PEAR mail from your mail settings in Universal Email.

The hosting company provided a script test.php which I attached. It's working but not sure how to integrate it into with Universal Email.

Just check the "additional headers" checkbox in the Universal Email settings. It looks like they are using that in their test script. Leave the rest of the settings blank.

I'm going to have to debug this manually. Can I get FTP access to the server for testing?

You had your form action set to the confirm.php page... that made it skip the email code on the page entirely. I updated the form action and it appears to have resolved the issue.
