Compatibility with PHP 5.6

Compatibility with PHP 5.6

Our web provider upgraded our PHP servers from 5.3 & 5.4 to 5.6 recently and now all of our Universal Email scripts are broken. No errors are being thrown, but no email is being delivered. We have tested other scripts and they work. Is there a known issue with Universal Email 4.0.1 (PEAR Mail using SMTP) and PHP 5.6?

They probably didn't install PEAR in the upgraded php. This is something you can ask your hosting provider.

If you create a page to display the installed modules:

See if PEAR is listed as installed... If it isn't, then that is your issue. This is something your hosting provider would have to fix for you.
