Installing DateBridge in DW 2015 CC

As there were issues with this when it came out, I have mostly still been using the 2014 version.

But I'm just having a look at 2015 again.

I have tried using the DMX Zone extension manager, but it doesn't seem to want to install DB (1.2.3 ZXP)

Also tried reinstalling the Adobe extension manager, but DW still isn't listed, so can't install it there either.

Any other suggestions? Thanks.

The DMXZone Extension Manager should work. Do you get an error when you try?

It just doesn't seem to do anything - I had dragged in the extensions for the deprecated panels and also DataBridge.

When io installed all, it installed the deprecated panels one, but nothing happened with DB - the icon with the cross didn't do anything.

It is a bit odd though, in that the Web Assist menu appears in DW - it did before I tried with DMX Zone. But when I tried testing any of them, I was just getting a very small dialogue box with an exclamation mark icon, and no error message. I assume this is somehow related to it being installed in an earlier version of the Adobe Extension Manager for ab earlier version of Dreamweaver.

My set up here is a new Mac, to which I transferred all the files from the old Mac, but have been reinstalling applications manually as I need them.

As it is now, the WA menu is present, but none of the options do anything it all now.

Is there a way to flush out / remove the the WA extension from DW 2015, and then maybe try again with DMX Zone as a fresh install?

We were able to rename the Configuration folder to reset dreamweaver and get the extensions to install properly with the DMXZone Extension Manager in a screen sharing session.
