Date Picker Problems

Hello... my Date Picker has developed a problem. When you click on the date and the date picker appears and then your mouse hovers over the arrows used to change the date.... normally the background to the arrow gets dark and then arrow becomes white. However right now the arrow just becomes very small and flickers. I'd like to restore this back to the original state. I have backups of other sites where I've used this feature and all my other sites work fine. Which files should I replace to correct the problem?

Tile that should effect the style of the datepicker is:
/webassist/forms/fd_sharp_default/Datepicker/css/jquery-custom.css

I replaced it with another and it still didn't work. Any other suggestions?--- UPDATE..... I solved the problem by replacing the entire "Webassist" subdirectory with that from a similar site. I'm not sure exactly what caused the problem but it is now solved!
