Contact form error messages

This is an old site that I'm sure was working, but have noticed it is giving some error messages when the form is submitted:

Warning: Parameter 2 to Trigger_Default_FormValidation() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/ceolnama/public_html/includes/tng/tNG.class.php on line 228

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/ceolnama/public_html/includes/tng/tNG.class.php:228) in /home/ceolnama/public_html/includes/common/KT_functions.inc.php on line 464

It has some WA validation for the CAPCHA, but I'm not sure if the other validation is WA - if you could have a quick look that would be great, but if it looks like the issue is not WA related let me know, and I'll bite the bullet and update the contact form.

Details below.

Thank you.

That isn't our validation and I'm not familiar enough to debug it without access to the files. I could help you with this in a premier support ticket.

OK, no problem Ray - I'll look at updating those forms.

I do have something you might be able to help with though in a premium ticket - see other post.
