searching phpmyadmin

hey Ray

trying to search a table's column for a specific word but am unsure what syntax i should be using

i have tried

SELECT * FROM blog 
WHERE BlogContent = 'image'



and

SELECT * FROM blog 
WHERE BlogContent LIKE 'image'


neither of which return any results

searching a table in MySQL ?

if the blogcontent field 'contains' the word image, you need a wildcard character

try

SELECT * FROM blog WHERE BlogContent LIKE '%image%'
