Shipping problems

I had a report that our shipping function failing so I was wondering if other reports are coming up with respect to the USPS Web Tools API? I did get the following email recently but was not sure what to do with it.

Hello,
This is a final reminder that on January 17, 2016, in conjunction with the USPS Price Change, USPS will implement updates and additional features to the suite of Web Tools APIs. Updated release notes are available now at usps.com/webtools. Impacted APIs will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Domestic Price and Label APIs
• International Price and Label/Customs Forms APIs
The Web Tools external testing environment is now available. For instructions on accessing the test environment, please see the release notes under the Announcements section at usps.com/webtools.

Please post a US phone number or Skype contact information and we can look into this with you in a screen sharing session. They may have made recent updates to require a password, but we will figure it all out with you.

I was able to get the transaction to go through. If I have additional problems I will let you know. The solution seems to be related to requiring a full 9 digit zip code. I had problems on the USPS site trying to get a mailing label for this address until I used a full 9 digit zip code. Possible related to the reported Powerstore problem when calling the USPS API. Don't know but will keep my eye on it.

I think the zip code could be the issue, but our code actually strips off the end and only uses the first 5 digits. If you have time to debug it, please send me a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll debug it with you. I'd like to figure out the cause and work through it with you.
