Update Button Not Working

I did a professional service engagement to allow the user to pick a shipping method when in the cart. I just noticed that the "update" button is not working now. I can't edit the quantity in the cart, nor remove 1 line item. The clear cart and checkout work fine. See PM for login URL. Once logged in, I have an item in the cart for your review.

It appears there was a bug when using a cookie based cart and trying to update. I've corrected the issue on your site and uploaded a new version of eCart to correct the problem from reoccurring if you edit your cart. You should reinstall eCart to get the latest updates.

Thank you Ray. I have eCart 6.1.1. The Web Assist site shows this as the most recent version available. Is there another version for me to download?

I didn't update the version number. Reinstalling will get the latest files.

My "Update" cart is not working again. I removed eCart again from DW CC 2015, downloaded the latest eCart from my WA account and reinstalled it. Still same problem. All the other buttons are working fine. I am attaching my cart.php page and site credentials if you need them.
