Adding/deleting pages not working

I have a slightly customised PowerCMS site and have just realised that the repeating template pages I set up to list news items no longer give me the option to add or delete pages - this was working before and I don't know when it stopped as the site hasn't actually gone live yet. Any idea what might be wrong?

I'd have to debug it... it sounds like an issue with the template settings in the database potentially. I may need a URL, FTP access and access to the database to debug and fix this.

Ah, therein lies the problem - it's on an intranet hosted on my client's server and they've only give my IP access to it via FTP. I also have to use a VPN to connect to the database. I could probably ask them to grant access for your IP address for FTP, but it may be more difficult getting access to the dB. Would it help to send you any files or pages as a first step?

I doubt it... your pages are probably the same as mine. The issue is most likely in the database. Maybe we can do a screen sharing session so I can use your connection to look at the database?

Hi Ray, sorry for the delay in replying but I worked out what the problem was - our client has integrated PowerCMS with their ActiveDirectory logins and because of this the role of Super Administrator no longer exists. I therefore had to change the access level on the contents_insert.php page to Administrator to allow users to be able to access the insert and delete functions.
