From submissions not going through

hello, we have built a very simple contact form using universal email and currently having it submit to our clients yahoo email account. They are not getting any of the test forms that we are putting through, however, we have including ourselves in the BCC and are receiving all tests that are put through. Any thoughts? I've contacted GoDaddy their hosting provider and they can't find anything wrong on their end. I';ve attached the files, any direction would be greatly appreciated.

It is because you are using an @yahoo.com FROM address and yahoo is recognizing the email didn't really come from their servers and is rejecting it.

Add an email address to the godaddy domain and use it to send the emails and they should go through.

Thanks Ray, this worked for this client. Quick question, I have another client that uses gmail. Will this same problem happen using a gmail email account as opposed to @yahoo.com???

thanks!

Yes... you should use a registered email from the same domain as the website as the FROM address.

You can set the Reply-To address to another email address with @yahoo or @gmail so that if they reply it goes to the yahoo or gmail account (this is an option if you click the FROM button in the WebAssist Email interface), but you will run into spam issues if you try to pretend it is actually FROM them.
