MySQL renames images

Hello

I have a strange effect when uploading images to a mysql database from a website.

When I look at the images in the MySql database field on the remote server they are as expected
For instance valentines day 002_250.jpg

If I open via ftp the images folder the name also shows as
002_250.jpg

But if I select View rt Click in the images folder the file name shows as
002_250.jpg_20151231205612.jpg when opened.

This has the effect of the image being missing for Universal Email usage.

Has anyone any ideas what may be going wrong please?

Many thanks

John

I haven't seen that happen before... do you have a url and steps to reproduce so I can see the problem... also a copy of the page that has the issue. I can take a look and see if I can spot the cause.
