THANKS I UPLOADED THE FILE

The page is missing the server side include for the Querybuilder library functions. You should be able to add it on line 3 to fix the problem.

I don't know the exact path since you are using a very old version of Querybuilder... it will be something like:
<!--#include file="WAQuerybuilder/WAQuerybuilder.asp" -->

You can search your local site for 'setQueryBuilderSource' to see the exact path to the file where it is defined.

Still not working

I do not have a WAQuerybuilder folder. setQueryBuilderSource is defined in HelperVB.asp and there is a reference to this file on the header of the page.I only have a WA_DataAssist and WADbSearch folders. HelperVB.asp is inside of WADbSearch folder.

That is the correct file.... I don't see a reference to it at all on the page you sent previously. Did you add it later?

It may be just too low on the page... you say it is in the <head>. move it to the very top above the other code.

Search not working

I did add the line of code to that page, and it is not throwing the error 500, however the search does not work. I get all records in the results page regardless of what I enter in the search page.
I tried creating a new search and results page using just the webassist Search wizard, and I now get this error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01b6'

Object doesn't support this property or method: 'Request.QueryBuilder'

/Matrix_Intranet/CureRun/CureFiles_Results.asp, line 33
