Dreamweaver CC 2015 extensions wont install

I have downloaded the Free Tools extension for Dreamweaver CC 2015, but it does not install with the new CC 2015 Extension Manager. Get a message saying I need version 9 or higher.

Can you help please?

Adobe dropped support for the extension manager in CC 2015... the best solution I've found is to use this free third-party solution from DMXZone:
