Forgot password page not working

Created security pages and forgot password page sending the email but only retrieving in the message part text [username] and [password] Not showing the actual information. Password is hashed. Could you please see if anything is wrong on file attached?

I don't see a problem with the file... If you send FTP information and a URL I can help you debug it.

That isn't a url... a url is the actual web site address including domain... starting with http://

Your email body had bad column references.... it had:
[memberemail]
[memberpassword]

but the column names in the database were: Email and password.

I updated the column references in the email body and it should be working now.
