Email details of add to cart button, before completing payment

This is a bit confusing, so hopefully this will make enough sense to help out... Thanks in advance!

I have an add to cart button (with a select list, and a calculation for price) for membership dues. I need to be able offer the user the option to "Email Invoice" or "Pay Online".

Email Invoice option - I would need to add the "Name", "Description", and "Price" fields from the A2C button to an email form, where the user can add an email address, and cause the "invoice" to be sent.

Pay Online is simply the standard A2C behavior.

*****OR******

Would it be easier to create the email form with the dues price & calculation, and provide an option to pay online, where I then use the data from the "Dues Amount" calculation in an A2C button.

Could there be an "Email Invoice" option that only sends the email, and an "Email Invoice and Pay Online" button that would send the email, and continue to the cart?

Anything is possible, and none you suggest seem much more difficult than the other. This is something we could help with in a premier support ticket if you are getting hung up.
