I cannot get form validation to work

I cannot get form validation to work

I cannot get the form validation to work. I've followed all the training videos and documentation. When I do it, nothing happens. I've striped out all extra code on a test form page: http://www.moahperd.org/join-test.php and the action page: http://www.moahperd.org/join-payment-test.php? The FName and LName field should be validating. All other fields just need any data.

In addition to not working at all, when I add a second "Validation Show If" - it breaks the insertion code on the form page at line 30:

}
return $theValue;
}

Changes to:

}
<?php echo $editForm Action; ?>
;
}

I've downloaded a new copy of DataBridge. I'm using Dreamweaver CS5.5.

Any suggestions?

Since you are using the Dreamweaver database insert server behavior, the form action automatically submits to itself. This means that the form validation needs to be placed on the same page as the form itself. You have the form validation on the payment success page, which is redirected to after the database has already been inserted into and won't contain a form submit at all.
