ecart6 checkout wizard

I am using ecart6 and the checkout wizard. I have the cart.php page open when I do this. After I place an item in the cart.php and I click the "checkout" button, I am sent to the checkout.php page, but only shows the "Payment Info" form and no submit button. This page is also being presented before the user has access to a login form, billing form or shipping form. What did I do wrong with the wizard to get the form sequences mixed up? The site is http://www.1to1marketing-inc.com/store/

It looks like your checkout wizard didn't run properly. Try these steps:

Create a new blank page. Add the eCart display manager to display an "updatable" version of the cart. Then run the checkout wizard from that page.

Once the wizard has run you can delete the page and upload the checkout pages again. See if that fixes it, if not I'll need a US phone number or Skype contact information to set up screen sharing to look into it with you further.

We were able to find and fix this issue in a screen sharing session. Somehow an extra field was added to the credit card fields (probably from form builder) and it was referencing a different shopping cart and caused the page to not render properly.

The solution was removing that field.
