E-Mail after multiple insert

I have a form with multiple inserts.

I would like to send an e-mail receipt to the person who filled out the form.

How do I get the content of the multiple insert in the e-mail?

You would probably need to write php code by hand to retrieve and format the updated information. This is something we can help with in a premier support ticket.
