Webassist webinars not lauching

I had to reset all my activations. Not sure if it was due to a Windows 10 upgrade, but my tools now work in Dreamweaer. However, I tried to run the webinars using IE on both a PC that has the new window 10 and another pc with Windows 7. I just get a blank screen on both PC's.

Try downloading and using firefox. It takes a while to load the first time, so be patient after clicking the link.

I wonder if there is a security issue. I got a message that the site is not supplying identify information.
