Can you give us all an update on when Data Bridge will be MySQLi compliant.

It seems to have dragged on all year despite being scheduled for release Q1 2015.

Yes, unfortunately some updates and changes by Adobe put us painfully off schedule and caused us to focus our efforts on making our current products work rather than making enhancements. We will be concentrating on Data Bridge now, so hopefully barring any setbacks we will see the update soon.

Can you give us all an update on when Data Bridge will be MySQLi compliant.

HI Ray, Anymore news on when Data Bridge will be MySQLi compliant. I have updated al my sites to use MySQLi and I need Data Bridge to be MySQLI compliant so I can finish the sites. There does not seem to be many new products or updates coming from WebAssist; should I consider moving platform or can you assure your community that you are still innovating and providing great DW extensions?

Kind regards.

I'm still working on it, but I can't give a release date.

Hi Ray, Thanks for the update. Looking back at the forum Jason Byrnes mentioned development started on this way back in 2014. I know you have had issues caused by Adobe but I think all of us in your community would like something a bit more concrete than it is a work in progress. I know Data Bridge has lots of excellent features but would it not be more prudent to drip feed parts of the extensions as they are ready, for example repeating tables or the database search. I know database search use to be a separate product before it was brought under the umbrella of Data Bridge. I for one would be happy to pay for each of these features as I know further down the line when you do incorporate them all into Data Bridge that I will get a discount to upgrade. I am sure Webassists coiffeurs could do with a boost and I know I could do with more MySQLi compliant features.

Your products are simply the best and the time they save easily outweighs the cost of the product. Your support has always been first class and I wish you every success moving forward. All we are asking is to be kept in the loop a little more.

If other members of the community support this could you please +1 this.

Ray, The forum was showing you as replied but there was no message/update.

I just marked it as not needing a reply so it would fall off my queue. It seemed like more of a call out to the community than something that needed a reply from me.

+1
This relates to a suggestion I made a few weeks ago. (Strangely, I received an email informing me that a reply had been made - but no message appeared on the site.) You would think a different approach - like the one you suggest - would be more feasible and hopefully result in at least some tangible progress.
