Trying to insert HTML editor into page - cannot access site settings

I am trying to insert a HTML editor into a page but keep getting the following message.

This is because you have powerCMS installed on the site and the settings can be edited online from the powerCMS admin.

That's the strange thing, I don't have PowerCMS on this site.

So is it a requirement to install PowerCMS to be able to use the file upload feature of HTMLeditor?

No... can I get FTP access to your server? I'll take a look at your configuration files and see why it thinks they are the PowerCMS version.

The issue is going to be in the file you have stored at: /webassist/kfm/configuration.php

I've attached a version that isn't from PowerCMS... I think if your replace yours with this one, then you can use the settings manager from Dreamweaver to update it.
