coupon causing checkout failure

Hi Ray

I have a challenge with any coupons i build and try to let client's use. I have tried adding the product as a single add to coupon, the "add all" method and even just on a single product and i just can not get the transaction to complete. the user is sent to papal - express guest or account log in, enters info and then is returned to my store with a "transaction not completed" error. Please help.

It looks like maybe it was a percentage based coupon and it caused the total to have too many decimals.... I've updated your cart to only pass 2 decimals in the amounts, please give it another try and see if that fixed the problem.

Hi Ray

One was a percentage - 25%. the other was $2.00 off an order of $ 38.99 or more on select products. i will give it a try

If it doesn't work, post back with the coupon code and product you tried to purchase so I can reproduce the error.

Hi Ray

It will not even pass to paypal now. I create a $2 coupon for purchase over $39.98 on a single item..

go here and select "the Striper" coffee mug and add 2 to cart. https://dirtymonkeykustoms.ca/products_results.php?Search=1&ProductCategoryID[]=32

Sorry about that... I accidentally added the two decimals to the quantity field as well... please try again.

i wonder if it has something to do with the "additional item charges" option we added?

I think I got it this time... please try again. It wasn't passing the adjusted price properly.
