Edit eCart Display Manager

I created a cart.php using the eCart wizard. The flat rate shipping I see in the eCart object is not showing in the cart. I also don't see the shipping updated on the checkout.php page. How do I fix this? This URL will start the cart & checkout process. https://www.cutestpetcontest.com/Products_Detail.php?ProductID=1

The shipping charge was being added, it just wasn't being displayed. I've added the shipping display to the cart page for you since I still had FTP access from a previous post.
