DataAssist wizard results pages not advancing

I used the DataAssist wizard to create pages to manage data tables. The advance to next and previous pages buttons are not working. I did not edit these pages after they were created. How do I fix this? Got to www.loyalneighbor.com/inductees_search.php to view all members. Then try click the next button. Nothing happens. I am attaching the pages.

There was some code in the wrong order on the page... unfortunately this can happen sometimes with Dreamweaver. Since I had FTP access to your server I went ahead and corrected the code. I moved the code that is currently on lines 163-179... previously it was on the top of the page above the recordset, but it refers to variables that are defined with the recordset so it needs to be below.
