MySQLi server behaviour PHP functions

We create large dynamic portal using big DBs which we manipulate using PHP.
I can find no reference or list of PHP functions and their parameters except some we found by hunting through your code in rsobj or queryobj.
Is there such a reference or list? The wizards are great for home users but we need functions to move around a recordset (we found MoveNext and Previous) but we need to jump to a record and or delete it/update it/ etc, depending on dynamic input.

Since we expect users to use our UI's we don't have direct documentation for the libraries we use.

Finding a record for insert or update is done with the addFilter() method and the query object like:

= new WA_MySQLi_Query($localhost_i);
$UpdateQuery->Action "update";
$UpdateQuery->Table "yourtable";
$UpdateQuery->bindColumn("updatedcolumn""s""".((isset($_POST["textfield"]))?$_POST["textfield"]:"")  ."""WA_DEFAULT");
