Dreamweaver extension and Visual Light box

I am using dreamweaver 6 and save my files in php for my database and contact page. I have VisualLightBox software to display customer pictures in the gallery. I realize that visuallightbox does not work when I save the file in php but only html. My question is this: Can I have some file same in php and some html when I am using a template saved in php? I know this is not Webassist question, I have send the problem to the software developer but want to try here also. Not losing anything trying. thanks

I have posted a sample website here www.sikaafricanhairbraiding.com

As long as your template doesn't have php code on it then you can use it for both php and html pages.

It doesn't make any sense that VisualLightBox wouldn't work when saved as a .php page. There is no difference, so I'm sure it would work there may just be a small configuration setting you need to change.

thank so much Ray. this is what I have found out.

I have posted a wrong problem. The problem is not with the html or php. the problem is with template. The code should go to the <head></head> and I am putting the code in a greyed <head></head> since I am using a page derived from a template. Only the editable region is not greyed.
Sorry. I don't have the answer yet. Help if possible.

Add an editable region to the head.
