2 Headers Being Displayed on checkout page

For some reason Im seeing 2 headers/body areas on my page.
Any idea why?

Do I just remove this piece of code?
<div id="cart_wrapper"> <?php echo((isset($WA_confirm_cart))?$WA_confirm_cart->Body:""); ?> </div>

You probably applied a template to the confirm_cart.php page. That page gets loaded into the page with ajax and shouldn't have a template applied.
