The code looks correct on these pages. If you give me a URL where I can test and FTP credentials for debugging I can give more information about why it isn't working. It may just be bad credentials.

If you try to check out with authorize.net what happens?

Try creating a blank page and add just this code to it:

php:
<?php

@session_start();
var_dump($_SESSION);
?>

Then after a failed transaction go to that page and view the source code. Send me a copy of it in the private area of a response and I can analyze why the payment isn't going through based on the information from the session.

It appears the live confirm2.php page had a different trigger than the sample page you sent me. I updated the trigger so that the authorize.net code, store summary, store details, and email all used the same trigger and it appears to be working now.

Ray,
I just ran a test transaction and it seemed to be working correctly. Thank you for taking time this evening to get our site up and running. Truly appreciate it! Brian

What is the error you are seeing? I tried a test transaction and it went to the failure page as I would expect. Is it just reloading the confirm2.php page for you?

I received a phone order this morning and tried to place it using our website. When submitted, I receive the failure page.

Ray,
Just looked at my data base in cPanel. All of the data for orders and order detail were saved from the two orders you place today about noon. I tried to place my customers phone order twice and none of the date from either order was saved. Don't know why.

The database information you see is from my tests yesterday. My failed transaction from today (and failed transactions in general) wouldn't be stored in the database.

On the failure page there is debug information. If you view source on that page and send me the debug information in the private area in a reply to this thread I can tell why it is failing.
