All gone crazy

Created a site with cms and some of the pages do not appear in the cms and the menu goes crazy and jumps around on live site also footer needed at bottom of page moves about and on one page the content area moves about, please help

I fixed the header moving about (updated the css so that the topNavigation div was a little wider and menu options would fit after adding the border).

I also added the missing page to the cms and bound the content to the page so that you can edit them.

The cms admin is at: /admin_cms not just: /admin

The page rotating image uses jquery, and you hadn't added the jquery .js file to the header. I added it to the template and index page and it shows.
