SSL Certificate Renewal Problem

I'm renewing the SSL for our site (cgauxstore.com) and I have run into a problem. I followed the instructions given to me by RapidSSL. The first time I pasted the certificate and the intermediate CA in on the cafecommerce settings I got an error (504). The second time I tried I got an error (see picture attached). How the heck am I supposed to get this done?

Email me the site name and certificate information. It looks like our renewal process isn't working right, so I'll do it for you manually.
