Can I get FTP access? I want to try updating the ajax.js file to the latest version to see if that fixes it.

I fixed it. The issue is that I was using an image for the continue button and for whatever reason I would have to click the button twice to make it continue. When I changed the button to use a button created by css and changed the button class and ID to match the css style then it accepted a one click continue. I did the same thing for the submit button and it workded as well.
