canada post and fedex not working

canada post and fedex not working

i have tried to get fedex and canadapost to connect and show as a shipping option. I got UPS to work but not the others. i set up multiple rules to try and get options but no go. The only way to get canadapost to work is to manually set CanadaPost as a "Custom" provider and manually set rules. Please help

I entered a canada address and got canada post options. What address were you using that didn't work?

Hi Ray

The canada post options in the drop down at shipping stage are only 2 of several custom rules that i created. None of which seem to actually connect to Canadapost for a weight based rate.. am i missing something? Only UPS seems to connect ok and gets an actual dynamic rate

I appreciate your help with this! it is my only holding point now from launch

You can also see many other custom canada post rules i set which do not trigger at all.

The canada post issue appears to be API credentials as well. Where did you get the credentials? Can you send me a screen shot of the credentials from the Canada Post site? I may be able to see what is wrong.

It looks like they also require a "customer number" and "contract id" in their new api. Do you have values for those as well?
