Error Generating CSS Menu Writer

I created a new menu theme using CSS Menu Writer. When I try to apply the theme, I get the attached error message said the MM.SiteToolsActivate is not a function. I am trying to replace an existing menu in a dwt file. I will attach it also. Any suggestions?

I'd make sure you have the latest version of the extension installed, and clear the cache .dat file. If that doesn't work, then I'll have to debug it with you. You can post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll set up a screen sharing session.

I did what you said and I am now getting the error "While executing onResize in WA_SiteTools_ProgressV2.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: In fiel "WA_SiteTools_ProgressV2": refreshUI is not defined.

Close Dreamweaver and delete the filecache .dat file from the user configuration folder. That should fix that issue.
