Can I get FTP information and a URL to reproduce the problem? I'll have to reproduce and debug it on your server directly.

I'd need the ftp server name and a url to reproduce the problem as well.

I can't seem to connect with that FTP information, and I'll need to in order to debug. Please check that FTP and see if it works for you. Perhaps there is a typo or configuration issue.

I can reproduce the problem and log into the CMS, but need access to the files themselves from FTP in order to properly debug it.

That FTP information still isn't working for me.

Please set up a site in Dreamweaver using the ftp information and make sure that it works. Then export your site definition as a .ste file and upload it as a PRIVATE attachment in a reply to this post. If it works for you then it should work for me.

It still won't connect for me. If it works for you that means that the server must have IP restrictions blocking my access.
