send email validated email address entered form same email address office email address

I'm trying to have the email that is created from the form be FROM the email address inputted on the form
and then have the email sent back to that same address and to the office.
So if the office needs to send an email to the client they can just reply to it.
And also the client will get a copy of the email with the entered results from the form for them to keep for their records.

How do I do this?

You can set the Reply-To email address separately from the from address on the From UI by clicking the "From..." button and use the lightning bolt to set it to the from address from the form. You can also add that email address in the "To..." interface with other email addresses to have it set to more than one recipient. You may just want to add it in the CC or BCC area.

I'll give it a try.
Thanks
