fedex option in shiping not showing

i added my fedex production credentials and created a couple rules. Can not see fedex as a ship option

What shipping address are you using?

i tried 2. the same one i am shipping from and a made up one in another province - Fed Ex does not show at all.
Or are you referring to the fed Ex one? in the WA_eCart_FedEx... file?

page error maybe because i removed the fax line from the registration.php page?

Yes, you would need to remove one of the ",%s" from line 88 when removing a column from the list. That is probably the only issue there.

It looks like FedEx isn't responding to the rate request at all. That usually means bad credentials in terms of the AccessKey or Password. If the failure was anywhere else it would at least give an error and in your case it is completely blank.
