MySQLi problem with insert
Instead of inserting a new record the insert behaviour causes Chrome to open a dialogue with the following message 'The page at localhost been submitted'. The same in Firefox.
This is a new one to me, any ideas?

It could have something to do with a javascript library you have on your template? If you have a url where I can view the issue then I could debug, but that is not standard and wouldn't be caused by the insert code itself.
Thanks for the reply Ray. I took yesterday off but the page is available now. The site isn't complete but all dependant files are there.
It looks like your insert server behavior isn't applied correctly. Open the server behavior and make sure it is bound to the appropriate form values for the columns you want inserted.
Sorry about wasting your time Ray. I just took a working page and and changed the template. I never even thought to check that the bindings were still correct. Apologies and deep humiliation.
